Traceability

The traceability code that we use is the date of cut and preparation of the fruit that is worked to date and the number of exit from the warehouse to the clients.

Step 1

The objective is to control good agricultural work and collect the fruit at the optimum moment of maturity to be marketed. To check this state of maturity, quality analyzes are carried out before starting its harvest.

Step 2

After the analysis, the collection of the plots that exceed the minimum established parameters is authorized. The collection groups will be sent to those parcels and will identify the merchandise through entry delivery notes.

Step 3

When the merchandise is going to be packaged for sale, it will go to the manufacturing lines. When the merchandise appears already packed at the end of the line, labels are printed, identifying each pallet, each box and each sales unit.

Step 4

The merchandise will be pre-cooled or not and loaded for transport to the destination.

Step 5

The merchandise is therefore identified at all times, being able to follow the ascending traceability, that is, from where it was good and what tasks were carried out and descending, where it goes.
